HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We pride ourselves in providing one-on-one service to each of our customers. To start your order, simply complete our contact form and one of our team members will contact you to discuss your project.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
For orders $5,000 or less, we accept all major debit/credit cards, checks, and ACH. For orders over $5,000, only checks and ACH payments are accepted. All orders must be paid in full prior to production.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All products sold by One City Enterprises are customized to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of the item, we are unable to offer refunds. However, in the event there was an error in the production of your items we will replace those items at no charge to you.
WHAT DECORATION METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer Dye-Sublimation, Screen Printing, Direct to Garment, Direct to Film, and Laser Engraving. The decoration method used is based on the product and the number of colors in the artwork.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Our Display Marketing products have a minimum order quantity of just one (1). Minimum order quantities for Promotional Products and Printing will vary based on the item. Contact us for more information.
WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU NEED FOR MY LOGO OR ARTWORK?
For the best possible outcome, please provide your artwork in a vector format. Vector formats are .AI, .SVG, .PDF, or .EPS. In some cases, a high resolution .PNG with a transparent background can be accepted. We do not accept .JPG files. Please note, .PDF files MUST have been created in a vector-based software.
CAN I USE IMAGES THAT I FOUND ONLINE?
In some cases, you may be able to use images that you find online. The images MUST be royalty free or in the public domain. We are unable to print any logos or artwork that are copyrighted, trademarked, or the intellectual property of any third party unless you have written permission. This includes but is not limited to brand names, brand logos, product names, slogans, tag lines, and Greek letter organization.
DO YOU PROVIDE A VIRTUAL PROOF BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Yes, we do. We will provide a virtual proof of your design on the products you have chosen before you are billed for your order.
