NEW ORLEANS VACATION GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotion is presented and sponsored by One City Enterprise of Las Vegas, Nevada.  The promotion period will begin at 12:00am on January 13, 2023 and will end at 11:59pm on February 20, 2023.  All qualifying purchases and promotion entries must be made no later than 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time on the last day of the promotion period. The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified via email within 5 business days of the promotion end date.  One City Enterprises will provide the winner with a certificate that will cover the rack rate for a 4 day, 3 night hotel stay in New Orleans, Louisiana.  The winner, however, will be responsible for paying room tax, resort fees (if applicable), food and beverage costs, parking (if applicable), and transportation to and from New Orleans, Louisiana.  Winner will have 7 calendar days from the date the certificate is issued to activate their prize, and 18 months from the date of activation in which to travel.  Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to your travel dates and are subject to hotel availability.  Room taxes must be paid at the time the certificate is activated, however, resort fees (if applicable) will not be due until you arrive at the hotel.  At check-in, you may be offered a timeshare presentation.  Be advised that timeshare presentations are NOT required in order to use your complimentary vacation.  You may, however, be offered upgraded rooms, upgraded amenities, or complimentary gifts should you choose to participate.  To be eligible to win the New Orleans Vacation, you must be 21 years of age or older, have a government issued ID, and live more than 100 miles from New Orleans, Louisiana.  A valid debit/credit card is required by the hotel at check-in.  Complimentary Vacation Certificates have no cash value, and can not be transferred or sold.
